Shop & Fly Campaign

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Shop & Fly campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Curaçao Airport Partners N.V. (“Organizer”). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from July 1, 2024, to August 25, 2024.


3. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open to all customers of Curaçao International Airport who make a purchase at the highlighted concessionaire during the specified week.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or older.
  • Employees of Curaçao Airport Partners N.V. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Employees of the highlighted concessionaire and their immediate families are not eligible to participate at their place of employment during their respective highlighted week.


4. How to Enter

  • To enter the raffle, participants must spend a minimum amount at the highlighted concessionaire during the specified week. Visit our social media page; Curaçao International Airport or each participating store to see what the minimum amount to be spent is. Each purchase qualifies as one entry into the raffle for that week.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries per participant per week.
  • At the back of your store receipt, fill out your full name, ID, phone number and email address
  • Place your receipt in the raffle box located in the store.


5. Weekly Highlight Schedule

  • Week 1 (July 1 – July 7): Juan Valdez
  • Week 2 (July 8 – July 14): Cinnabon
  • Week 3 (July 15 – July 21): E-Marshe & Bar 22
  • Week 4 (July 22 – July 28): Britt Shop and Rumbo Caribe
  • Week 5 (July 29 – August 4): Duck Donuts
  • Week 6 (August 5 – August 11): Dutch Market
  • Week 7 (August 12 – August 18): Wendy’s
  • Week 8 (August 19 – August 25): Penha Duty Free


6. Raffle Draw

  • The raffle draw will be conducted every Monday following the end of the week (i.e., July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29, August 5, August 12, August 19, and August 26).
  • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the previous week.
  • The Organizer’s decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


7. Prizes

  • Each weekly winner will receive one, two, or three tickets to the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival, taking place on August 29, 30, and 31, 2024. Visit our social media page; Curaçao International Airport to see which prize will be raffled each week.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • The prize cannot be sold, auctioned, or transferred for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • If a winner is unable to attend the festival, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
  • Winners agree consent to have their picture shared on the official social media channels of Curaçao International Airport for promotional purposes related to the Shop & Fly campaign.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any lost or misplaced tickets, and cannot provide replacements.


8. Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase within two (2) days of the raffle draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.


9. Personal Data

  • By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Campaign and awarding the prizes.
  • The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Campaign or accepting the prize.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers, or software.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by the winners in connection with attending the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival.


11. General

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
