Activity Request Form

Planning an activity at Curaçao International Airport?
To ensure safety, security, and uninterrupted airport operations, all requests for activities at CUR require prior approval.

Please note: requests must be submitted at least 10 working days in advance and all fields in the form must be fully completed to be considered.

Please note the following important conditions:

• Activities may not be public events
• Political demonstrations or campaign activities are not permitted
• Religious ceremonies or evangelizing activities are not permitted
• Filming or photography is only allowed with prior approval
• Commercial promotions or product sampling require separate approval
• Approval is subject to operational, safety, and security considerations and may be withdrawn if necessary

All requests are reviewed case by case by the relevant airport departments before a final decision is made.
